88: Gaia Palliere

Gaia is currently a student & founder, and her background consists of product & growth strategy for companies like APL, Madison Square Garden, and now a few years into her first startup. Having lived in four different countries by the age of 7, Gaia’s always been focused on interesting people and meaningful problems. Right now her focus is on the single-use epidemic, with her startup, Breeze– a tech company that helps foodservice businesses implement data-forward reusables.
