Komal’s career path seems to be contingent on one thing: follow your passions. From pursuing engineering to recognizing her love for the operational/business side, she worked in all different companies, industries and sizes. From GE Aviation, to Bain & Company, to then being an early employee at Lyft, Komal follows the signs and says “YES!” She reflects on her career path and how she was often the only female in the room.
